S. Kelly Builders, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Steve
Kelly and offers residential and commercial contracting in
northwest Indiana and the surrounding areas. A carpenter by
trade, Steve Kelly is committed to building quality custom
homes and commercial projects. Steve has worked in the construction
trade for over 30 years. He brought his expertise initially
to the residential market in 1990. As a hands-on builder,
Steve is very concerned about quality workmanship and considers
customer satisfaction an utmost priority. A lifelong local
resident, he is very familiar with the area and can help you
find property on which to build your dream home or office.
Customer participation throughout the design phase is paramount
and Steve is more interested in customizing than reproduction.
