G&K Development, LLC is a company focused on residential
and commercial design and construction work and real estate
development in northwest Indiana, southwestern Michigan, and
the surrounding area. G&K provides design and design/build
services for the residential and commercial marketplace.
The company was established in May 2004 and brings together
over 60 years experience with its two partners, Nick Georgiou
and Steve Kelly.
Nick Georgiou, AIA
is a licensed architect in Indiana and Illinois. He has over
30 years experience in small and large scale projects and
is now focusing on the semi-custom and custom single family
residential market.
Steve Kelly has been involved in the local residential market
for over 30 years and has been building homes in northwest
Indiana for the past fifteen years. Steve, and his company
S. Kelly Builders, Inc. is the exclusive builder for G&K
Development. Steve continues to build homes for his own company
and joined with Nick Georgiou to expand his business and capabilities
for speculative homes.
G&K Development offers residential and commercial design,
construction management services, and general contracting
for residential and commercial markets. We are also the Preferred
Builder for Portland Systems pre-engineered steel buildings
for this area. G&K can provide a complete turnkey project
for you that includes furnishing the site, design, construction
financing and construction.
