About Us
G&K Development, LLC is a Northwest Indiana home
builder focused on building semi-custom and custom homes in
northwest Indiana, Chicago's south suburbs, and the surrounding
area. The company was established in May 2004 and brings together
over 60 years experience with its two partners, Nick Georgiou
and Steve Kelly. Whether you are looking for Gary, Indiana
home builders, or general Northwest Indiana builders, S. Kelly
Builders provides build-to-suit services to clients seeking
to build a new home.
Nick Georgiou, AIA
is a licensed architect in Indiana and Illinois. He has over
30 years experience in small and large scale projects and
is now focusing on the semi-custom and custom single family
residential market.
Steve Kelly has been involved in the local residential market
for over 30 years and has been building homes in northwest
Indiana for the past fifteen years. Steve, and his company
S. Kelly Builders, Inc. is the exclusive builder for G&K
Development. Steve continues to build homes for his own company
and joined with Nick Georgiou to expand his business and capabilities
for speculative homes.
G&K Development's focus is developing and building speculative
and model single family semi-custom and custom homes in select
subdivisions such as Lake Hills sub division in the area.
We are also pursuing development opportunities as appropriate.
G&K can provide a complete turnkey project for your new
home that includes furnishing the lot, design, construction
financing, and construction.
